The photographs taken and displayed on this site are primarily for pure arts sake. If you find yourself in a photo and would like a digital copy of any image(s), simply let me know and I can arrange to get that to you for free. I do from time to time select images that I will license and ask that if you are in a photo and have come to this site to get copies, please fill in the clearance release form for me. Once I receive the consent form then I will send you copies of the digital files for free. It's a nice win win situation. For me it's just about coins the karma bank. PHOTO RELEASE AGREEMENT

I hereby grant and authorize Luminous Flux Creative Media to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute and make use of any and all pictures or video taken of me to be used in/or for legally promotional materials including but not limited to print, digital communications and video media and for use to license to third parties , without payment or any other consideration. This authorization extends to all languages, media, formats and markets now known or hereafter devised. This authorization shall continue indefinitely, unless I otherwise revoke said authorization in writing. I understand and agree that these materials shall become property of Luminous Flux Creative Media and will not be returned. I hereby hold harmless, and release Luminous Flux Creative Media from all liability, petitions and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons may make while acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate.
